PerForms Application Update

Greetings HR Directors,
We want to thank you for all your hard work and dedication related to the release of the PageUp performance management system. Now that the Commonwealth has fully transitioned to the PageUp performance management system, here are some updates to the Performs application.
Please make note of the following changes scheduled to occur for the PerForms Application:
- The initiation of 2024 evaluation cycle in PerForms will end as of Friday, April 25, 2025.
- If you have not initiated the 2024 evaluation cycle, you must do so before, April 25, 2025.
- After the Initiation function is removed from use, PerForms will continue to remain up and running to complete any forms in process, run reports and provide quick and easy access to the data through the queues.
- The data in PerForms is considered to be a part of an employee's official personnel and will be retained in accordance with the Library of Virginia's retention schedule.
