Performance Management Overview Module Now Available in COV Leaning Center (COVLC)

 

Greetings Agency Heads and HR Directors

We have uploaded a new resource for Performance Management into the Commonwealth of Virginia Learning Center (COVLC). DHRM has created a brief Performance Management Modernization overview module for executive branch classified employees and uploaded into each curriculum listed below.    The overview module covers the changes to the performance management process and system.   Please share this new training resource with your employees.   

As a reminder, we have created three curricula, one for Human Resources, Supervisors and Employees.

The following resources are included in the curricula: information session recordings (HR curriculum only), training videos, the Pilot Agency Presentation (HR curriculum only), and job aids.
