DHRM Policy 1.60 Standards of Conduct Revised

Greetings HR Directors,
DHRM is excited to announce that effective January 1, 2025, DHRM Policy 1.60 Standards of Conduct (SOC) is revised and currently available on the DHRM website for your review. Please find the Summary of Changes here, which outlines the significant revisions or additions to the policy.
The current Policy 1.60, Standards of Conduct revised on March 7, 2022, will remain on the website and be in effect until close of business on December 31, 2024, and is applicable for incidents occurring prior to or on this date.
Please use the revised version dated 1/1/2025 for incidents occurring on or after 1/1/2025.
We encourage you to inform your Agency HR staff of this revision and communicate the changes to your Agency's supervisors and managers to ensure compliance with this policy.
