Hello HR Directors and Recruiting Community,
As we embark on our journey to implement the Performance Management module in PageUp, we need to make changes to the Position Description in the PageUp RMS module. The updated Position Description will go live end of day on November 26, 2024. With this implementation, the EWP will become the Position Description (PD).

Complete EWP Integration: The PD will include all relevant data from the EWP. When the performance management module launches in early 2025, supervisors will be expected to review and update or create new PDs to start the performance year.

Simplified Content: We will remove items from the PD that relate only to job postings, like the recruitment type.

Position Reporting Accuracy: Recruiters should avoid entering their names in the "Position Reports to" field (formerly "Hiring Manager"). Instead, they should enter the name of the position's direct supervisor.

Updated Approval Processes: We’ve updated the approval processes to allow for agency flexibility.
Additional fields added to the PD from the EWP:
- Purpose of position
- Organizational Objectives and Measures
- Agency/ Department Objectives and Measures
- Education, Experience, Licensure, Certification required for position
- Physical/ Emotional/ Mental and sensory demands
Updated job aids and videos will be on our site by November 26, 2024. These materials can be found on the Talent Acquisition Page.
There will be further communication to the broader HR Community on the Performance Management system as we move into 2025.
