Dependent Approaching Age 26 Report
The Office of Health Benefits has been notified that the Benefit Eligibility Audit (RBN301) Dependent Approaching Age 26 report recommended for agencies to run in BA Memo #24-05 incorrectly included former employees transferred to another state agency, some dependents were missing and may have included duplicate results.
Cardinal has resolved the issues with the report. Agencies that have previously run the report should run the report again to get the most accurate results. Please review the report carefully to ensure that all affected participants have been notified.
