Workforce Management
Comprehensive Data Analysis Guide (In Development). DHRM is developing a Comprehensive Data Analysis Guide that will provide information on what HCM data is available, where data is located, how to analyze it, and how to understand it. The guide will launch with a limited scope but will continually grow, with new sections and items being added over time, to eventually evolve into a comprehensive guide. It will be accessible in the Workforce Planning Program section of the Virginia Learning Center at a later date.
