December 1^st - Bonus Guidance

Dear HR Directors:

The instructions for implementing the December 1 bonus payments are available here.

As noted in our June 27, 2022 Fiscal Year 2023 Authorizations and Compensation Activities Memo, Chapter 2, 2022 Acts of Assembly, Special Session I, authorized a one-time bonus payment of $1,000 for all eligible classified employees of the Executive Branch, and other full-time employees of the Commonwealth. An additional bonus is authorized for sworn law-enforcement employees of the Department of Conservation and Recreation, and the Marine Resources Commission.
