Information Technology: Thank you and best wishes to Leonard Nottingham, who is leaving DHRM to serve as CIO for the Department of Professional and Occupational Regulation (DPOR). Leonard has worked as an IT Project Manager and Applications Development Supervisor at DHRM for nearly 11 years. Winning the 2014 Governor’s Technology Award for IT Efficiency in State Government, and VITA’s 2014 Project Excellence Award are among his widely acknowledged accomplishments.Throughout his time with DHRM, Leonard provided exceptional support and leadership, and displayed exemplary performance by keeping mission critical production systems (PMIS, BES and TAL) running smoothly while also serving as the DHRM Technical Lead for everything Cardinal. We are grateful for his dedication and contributions to our mission, and to our customers. We will miss you, Leonard!

Human Resource Consulting Services: DHRM says goodbye and best wishes to Santana Avalos (left) as he returns to the private sector. Santana has served as the Senior Compensation Consultant at DHRM for the past two years. He has been instrumental in improving our workforce analytics, supporting salary administration and consultation to agencies. Santana, you will be sorely missed!

All the best as well to Sarah Frame (right) as she transitions to a new role in the private sector. Sarah has served as the first Virginia Management Fellows (VMF) Program Lead and has played an essential role in creating infrastructure, enhancing, and expanding the VMF Program as a talent pipeline for emerging talent in state government. In her short time with the VMF Program, she has made a lasting mark in ensuring future program success. Please join us in wishing her the best as she continues her career journey!

Health Benefits: Join us in congratulating Lisa Hill, who was promoted to TLC Senior Health Benefits Specialist. While Lisa is new to the TLC team, she is not new to the Office of Health Benefits. She has been a State Health Benefits Specialist since 2021. Lisa is bringing her knowledge and experience to TLC Policy. Please join us in welcoming her to the team!
