"Forgotten Username" Messages
If you recently received one or more messages with the subject "Forgotten Username" from DHRM, please ignore it and delete the message(s). The message was originated unexpectedly from one of our systems.
DHRM's IT staff is aware of this incident and investigating options to reduce the likelihood of it happening again in the future.
For your awareness, if you are suspicious about an unexpected message, telephone call, or any request for personal information or any other sensitive information, it's safer to presume it's a scam and you should contact your security team immediately.
