DHRM is Hosting a Compensation Workshop on December 1
The purpose is to share outcomes and key findings from the 2019 General Assembly mandated Compensation Workgroup. DHRM also would like to further support agencies in modernizing their compensation approaches by sharing a few industry best practices for market benchmarking and managing an internal compensation philosophy. The workshop will be offered virtually via GoToWebinar from 1:00 - 3:00 pm. However, due to limited space, we ask that each agency only register one participant per agency. Materials and a recording will be shared after the webinar with registered participants.
A communication containing the registration link was sent to Executive Branch HR Directors on November 12, 2020. If you have any questions or your agency did not receive the communication, please reach out to Alex Morgan.

Please share the following information with your teams.
