Enrollment for Cardinal Financials and HCM Instructor-Led Training (ILT) sessions is now open in the Commonwealth of Virginia Learning Center (COVLC)! All courses have been updated following the recent Cardinal Upgrade.

How to Access Cardinal Training
Training is tailored to specific Cardinal roles. You can access your courses in two ways:

Assigned Courses: Log in to COVLC to view and complete courses currently assigned to your dashboard.

Refresher Training: If you previously completed an ILT or were grandfathered into a course, you can search the COVLC Course Catalog to register for a session.
Not sure which course(s) applies to you? Check the Cardinal Roles-to-Training documents on the Cardinal Training webpage to see which courses align with your applicable Cardinal roles.
Registration Details
Log in to COVLC and register for a specific date and time for your chosen course.

Prerequisites: Completion of the Cardinal Financials and/or HCM Foundations Web-Based Training (WBT) is required before registering for any ILT session.
