The Cardinal Enter Time page has been updated with two enhancements as part of our ongoing effort to make Cardinal more user-friendly and ensure key information is easy to find.
Additional Job and Position Information Now Visible
The Cardinal Enter Time page header has been updated to include additional job and position information. This update is especially helpful for employees with multiple jobs as they toggle between their multiple timesheets.
What’s Been Added?
- Position Number and Description
- Reports To (the manager who approves the timesheet hours)
- Department and Description
The Change Job Selection pop-up window has also been enhanced with additional information to make it easier to distinguish between the jobs displayed. To switch between timesheets for multiple jobs, click Select Another Job.
 View By Period Enhancement
The View By – Period option has been updated to display the entire reporting period in a single timesheet view, replacing the previous week-by-week layout.
Users can utilize the horizontal scrollbar to move across the dates within the reporting period rather than navigating from one week to another.
This enhancement allows users to more easily enter time across the entire reporting period without switching views and review all reported weeks at once before submitting.

These changes are live now. No action is required on your part, please continue entering time as usual.

The Cardinal Team
