On September 8, 2026, the Cardinal system will receive a scheduled system upgrade! As a Centralized Locality Core user, your primary tasks are not expected to change. However, you may notice some changes to the appearance and navigation of certain pages and menus.
In preparation for the upgrade, the Cardinal system will be unavailable to all users from Friday, September 4, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. through Tuesday, September 8, 2026, at approximately noon. An email notification will be sent to all Cardinal users when Cardinal is available for use following the upgrade.
Updated TLC job aids reflecting changes are currently being finalized. Following the upgrade, the updated job aids can be accessed by clicking the button below.
