Effective June 1, 2026, the Cardinal Team will enter an extended integration testing blackout period for both Cardinal Financials and Human Capital Management. Integration testing availability is expected to resume on or around October 7, 2026.
This four-month pause is required to support 2026 Fiscal Year End (FYE) activities and a major Cardinal system upgrade scheduled for early September. The extended time frame allows our team to focus on critical FYE processing, complete the upgrade, and conduct a 30-day stabilization period to ensure system integrity following the upgrade.

Impact on Agencies
Agencies currently implementing or upgrading systems that require Cardinal integration must complete all related interface testing activities by June 1, 2026. Any integration testing not completed by this date will be paused and revisited after the blackout period ends.
