Two key Human Resources reports in Cardinal, the Employee Data Change Audit (RHR002) and the COVA Personnel Actions History (RHR086), have been enhanced to improve usability. These improvements are designed to make auditing faster, clearer, and more reliable for your HR transactional and payroll reviews. |

Employee Data Change Audit (RHR002)
This report identifies changes made to Job and Payroll fields within a selected timeframe. The report output displays the employee’s name, Employee ID, old and new value details, and the HR Administrator who made the change.
Key Enhancements:

New Employee Type Filter: You can now filter results by "Salaried" or "Wage" to focus your review.

Expanded Auditing: The "Tax Location Code" is now included as an audited field under Job Data transactions.
Reminder on CSV Output: To generate a CSV file, select the CSV File Output checkbox on the Run Control page rather than changing the format on the Process Scheduler screen.

COVA Personnel Actions History (RHR086)
This report lists job actions entered within a specific date range, used primarily for historical research and analysis. The report allows you to select specific actions or run the report to populate all actions within a defined period.
Key Enhancements:

Added Fields: The report now includes Business Unit, Company, Empl Rcd, Effseq, Empl Status, and Position Number.

CSV Format: The report now defaults to CSV format only. This change ensures all data fields fit on a single row for easier analysis.

Removed Fields: Supervisor Name and Years of Service have been removed to focus on core audit data.
