Cardinal is excited to announce enhancements to the Timesheet Schedule Exception and Overtime Review report, designed to make it easier for supervisors and administrators to review and manage employee overtime. For improved clarity, a new section has been added to the report layout and the report sections have been re-ordered as follows:
- Deviation from Scheduled Hours
- Overtime Review
- Overtime (OT) Exceptions Review
Please note this updated order when viewing the report.

New Report Features
Workgroup Identification: A new column displaying the employee’s workgroup has been added to both the Deviation from Scheduled Hours section and the Overtime Review section.

New! OT Exceptions Review: A third section has been added to the report to assist in the review and validation of overtime entered for both exempt and non-exempt employees, including hours entered during the FLSA periods that include holiday hours or other non-productive hours.
This section includes the following category classifications:

A: Straight Time Overtime may be required. Total regular worked hours exceed the Period Threshold Limit.

B: Time and Half Overtime has been reported too soon. Total worked hours have not reached the Period Threshold Limit.

C: Straight Time Overtime may be reported too soon. Total regular worked hours have not reached the Period Threshold Limit.

D: Straight Time Overtime may be required. Total regular worked and non-productive hours exceed the Period Threshold Limit.

E: Straight Time Overtime may be reported too soon. Total regular worked and non-productive hours have not reached the Period Threshold Limit.

F: Time and Half Overtime is required. Total worked hours exceed the FLSA Threshold Limit.
Note: Data displayed in this section of the report is as of the latest Time Administration run and Absence Calc run and may not reflect current timesheet data.
