Due to limited use, the Cardinal Business Intelligence application (Cardinal BI) is being decommissioned. Effective at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, July 31, users will no longer be able to access the application. Please consider retrieving Cardinal BI data you may need in the short-term before the system is no longer accessible.
If you are in need of data or reports you currently obtain from Cardinal BI on an ongoing basis, and are unable to obtain comparable information from Cardinal Financials, please submit a Cardinal Helpdesk request by emailing VCCC@vita.virginia.gov and use “Cardinal – BI” in the subject line of the email.
