The Cardinal Human Capital Management (HCM) application, including Employee Self-Service (ESS) functions, will be unavailable to all users from Saturday, July 20, 2024, at 6:30 a.m. through Tuesday, July 23, 2024, at 8:00 a.m. due to Fiscal Year End Processing. |

General Impacts
- Cardinal HCM will be unavailable during this time.
- Users should plan ahead to enter timesheets, review/print a paystub, or take other Cardinal actions keeping the outage window in mind.

Batch Processing
- Regular nightly batch processing will be completed for the evening of Friday, July 19, 2024, including the distribution of interface extract files.
- Cardinal Batch will not run on Monday, July 22, 2024. Interfacing agencies and Interfacing partners can continue to transfer upload files to Cardinal while Cardinal is down, and those files will be processed when batch processing resumes.
- Batch processing will resume during the regular batch window on Tuesday, July 23, 2024.

A similar outage communication will be sent later today to all ESS users who have access to payroll information in Cardinal.
