This communication is being sent to all HR Directors and HR Administrators of Cardinal HCM agencies that have not opted out of using the Legislative Salary Increase Tool. Payroll Administrators are included for awareness. |

As of Tuesday evening, June 4, 2024, the final refresh of the Legislative Salary Increase Tool for FY25 completed its final run. Agencies should now begin the final review and verification of the salary increase data.
Action Required
All agencies using the Cardinal Legislative Salary Increase Tool MUST complete the following:

Validate and Block: Although it is too late to address any employees with a System Block, you still have options:
- Address non-blocking System Notes, such as “Citizenship is Missing”.
- Apply an Agency Block to an employee, if necessary, before checking the “Verified” checkbox.

Verify Data: Verify data by clicking the “Verified” checkbox on the Legislative Salary Inc Review page.

IMPORTANT: The deadline for verification is Thursday, June 6 at 12:00 p.m. Ensure all critical data is cleaned up before verification.
Each business unit must be verified individually. Only the business units that have been verified will have the pay increases loaded to Job Data.
