This communication is being sent to all HR Directors and HR Administrators at Cardinal HCM agencies that have not opted out of using the Legislative Salary Increase Tool. Payroll Administrators are included for awareness. |

The following important Legislative Salary Increase Tool deadlines are occurring this week:
Monday, June 3 - Opt Out Deadline
- If your agency is not planning to use the Legislative Salary Increase Tool, opt out by 8:00 p.m.
Tuesday, June 4 - Review & Confirm

Review and confirm salary increases and complete all necessary HR transactions by 7:59 p.m. Changes keyed after this time will neither remove nor add system blocks. Salary changes entered after this date will cause increases to fail during load.
- Final Refresh of the Legislative Salary Increase Tool will run 8:00 p.m. – 11:59 p.m.
Wednesday, June 5 - Verification Begins

Legislative Salary Increase Verification begins. After the final refresh is completed, all agencies using the tool MUST verify salary increase data by clicking the Verified checkbox on the Legislative Salary Inc Review page.
Thursday, June 6 - Verification Deadline

Verify salary increase data in the Cardinal Legislative Salary Increase Tool by 12:00 p.m. Failure to verify will result in your agency salary increases NOT being loaded into Cardinal using this process, which will result in a delay in processing your agency’s increases.

Cardinal PPS team will suspend all Job and Position Data mass upload processing for all agencies at 12:00 p.m. Mass upload processing will resume Monday, June 10.
