The Cardinal team is excited to share that we have rolled out a significant update to our NAV205: Navigation in Cardinal HCM Web-Based Training (WBT) and its corresponding job aid. This self-paced course, located on the Cardinal Website > Learning > Web-Based Training (HCM), allows users to master essential navigational skills in Cardinal HCM.
The highlight of the WBT’s update is the introduction of nine concise learning modules, each ranging from 2 to 10 minutes in duration. The NAV205 modules provide detailed instruction for navigation on different pages in Cardinal, as well as new information on data entry tips and effective dating. This modular approach increases learning effectiveness, as it allows learners to revisit specific topics or tutorial videos to solidify their knowledge.
The key updates made to the NAV205 job aid include comprehensive step-by-step instructions on navigating to HCM pages, using the Cardinal HCM Search pages, adding Favorites, and managing/deleting Favorites.
