If you are running the ACA Reconciliation report, please read the important updates from our last email.
- Users should no longer experience the “Blocked” status in the Process Monitor as previously described.
For users who were encountering an issue with receiving output from the ACA report, you must use the following steps, which are described in detail in the NAV225 Generating an HCM Report job aid or the Generating an HCM Report video.
Navigation to the ACA Reconciliation Report (RBN218): Menu > Benefits > ACA Annual Processing > ACA Preparation > ACA Reconciliation Report
1. Key in the following parameters within the designated fields:
• Company (required field)
• Department
• As Of Date
2. Click Run
|
|
|
3. When the Process Scheduler Request window opens, ensure the Type is “Web” and Format is “TXT” or “XLS" for this report.
|
|
We thank you for your support and understanding while we worked to resolve the blocking issue.
Regards,
The Cardinal HCM Team
