Death and how to reheat your old nachos: a mini sculpture workshop

mini sculpture workshop

Thu, Oct 29 | 6-7:30pm | MoCA Arlington | Virginia Square

Create playful or thought-provoking miniature sculptures by combining small found objects with air dry clay. Throughout history, various traditions sprung around the burying of the dead and what they got to take with them to the grave. In this artist-led workshop we will connect the idea of grave goods to one of the universe's inviolable law: energy and matter can not be created nor destroyed. In a cosmic way, we are the universe's old nachos.
