Arlington Art Walk

This self-guided art experience connects participants to local galleries, artist studios and cultural events. During the walk, gallery hours for participating organizations will be extended so that our friends, neighbors and artists may come see what we're up to. Participants include Arlington Independent Media, ARC 3409 Art Studios, Arlington Art Truck, Arlington Public Art, Arlington Public Library Maker's Studio "The Shop," Cody Gallery, Fred Schnider Gallery, Mason Exhibitions Arlington, Museum of Contemporary Art, Northside Social Arlington and WHINO. Arlington Art Truck: Good Neighbors: Fences Into Benches by Michael Verdon
thru Oct 29 | Multiple Locations
Use the wood fences crafted by transformative artist Michael Verdon as a tablet on which you can write your thoughts as to "What makes a good neighbor?", or "What makes a good community?" The fences will be converted into picnic benches for gathering community, rather than separating.
