Career Center Working Group
The chair of the Career Center Working Group will be presenting the findings of the Final Report to the County Board on Tuesday, October 23rd as part of the recessed meeting. The brief presentation on the working group's efforts is expected to begin around 6pm and can be viewed online.

Phoenix Bikes
The retail space on the ground floor of the Arlington Mill Community Center is now home to Phoenix Bikes. The community bike shop combines the sale and repair of bicycles with other services and events. To learn more, please visit their website.

Construction Updates
The Trove (Wellington Apartments)
The Trove apartments are progressing through their early stages of construction, initially focusing on the parking garage. Once complete, adjacent residential buildings will enclose the structure and ultimately deliver a new mini-park and public roads. Project website can be found here.

Trafalgar Flats (4707 Columbia Pike)
Trafalgar Flats are nearing completion and expect to open this winter. The condo project is currently conducting pre-sales of their units for prospective tenants. For more information, please visit their website.
