ACCEPTING APPLICATIONS
Homeowners can now apply for a special home occupation permit to host short-term
overnight lodgers in their primary residence for stays of less than 30
days through online booking platforms (Airbnb, Craigslist or VRBO).
NOTE: County offices are closed on Monday, Jan. 2, 2017 to observe the New Year’s holiday. Applications submitted from Dec. 31, 2016 – Jan. 2,
2017 will be processed by Jan. 5, 2017.
All Accessory Homestay Permit applications will be processed within 3 business days.
