Utah Transit Authority Change Day August 18, 2024 - Current Fare Adjustments

Utah Transit Authority's August Change Day is scheduled for August 18, 2024. Beginning on that date, the following fare changes will be implemented:

• A new fare capping program will be implemented on FAREPAY Cards, setting a daily and weekly maximum fare.
• The 20% discount on FAREPAY Cards will be eliminated. 
• Income-based reduced fare eligibility will be expanded to 200% of the federal poverty level. 
• Local fare will be implemented on UVX.
