Utah Transit Authority sent this bulletin at 01/26/2023 01:32 PM MSTDue to a broken water valve, Route 223 will use 2nd Street between I and J street in both directions during the hours of 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM. One westbound stop will be missed at 3rd Ave/ I St. Regular westbound stops will be available at 3rd Ave/ K St, and 3rd Ave/ G street. End time is approximately 01.28.2023
