As of May 12th, all requested graduation tickets have been distributed. Cadets should have received an email confirmation indicating their tickets are ready. If a cadet has not received this email, they should contact their Chain of Command immediately.

🔁 Transferring Tickets
Need to give a ticket to someone else? Follow these steps to transfer your ticket to another recipient.
📌 Starting May 20th, guests may pick up extra tickets for General Admission & Additional Guests at the West Point Visitors Center during the following times:

🔒 Gate Access:
Everyone must have an ID and a pass to enter West Point. All vehicles need to show electronic or paper tickets, IDs, and pass to access West Point during Graduation Week. There will be increased security so be prepared and arrive well in advance at the event.
Pass Collection:
One person (including the cadet) can collect passes for your group starting May 20th at the Visitor Control Center located outside of Thayer Gate. If the cadet collects the passes, they must be able to deliver them outside the gate. The Visitor Control Center will not rewrite passes. Foreign nationals must present their VISA/Passport and pick up their passes in person.
Exceptions:

CAC (Common Access Card) and DoD ID holders do not need a visitor pass and may escort their visitors onto post.

LAC (Local Area Credential) holders, also known as 4-year parent ID holders, do not need a visitor pass but cannot escort others; they may only escort themselves.
🚗 Parking:
To help with traffic flow and ensure a smooth experience for all, guests are encouraged to park in designated areas and use the shuttle bus service provided.

General Guest Parking:
Parking is available at Buffalo Soldier Field, K Lot, South Dock and H Lot with shuttle buses transporting guests to the stadium area.

Handicapped Parking:

Cart Service:
Cart service will be available on-site to assist guests who need help getting to and from the ceremony area.

Important Reminder:
There is no parking in the cadet area until after the ceremony concludes.
🌧️ Weather:
There is a chance of rain during Graduation, so we want to remind you that umbrellas are not permitted inside Michie Stadium for security reasons. Be sure to pack ponchos or rain jackets just in case—staying dry and comfortable will make all the difference!

Graduation is an exciting day, but it's also a busy one—especially for cadets. We recommend having a lunch plan ready for you and your guests to make the most of the time between the Graduation and Commissioning ceremonies.

- Regimental Receptions and Academic Awards (8 a.m. to 4 p.m.): Buffalo Soldier Field (BSF) to Parade Field (Clinton Lot)
Friday Shuttle Buses:
- Graduation Parade (8 a.m. to 2 p.m.): BSF to Parade Field (Clinton Lot)
- Pre-Banquet (4 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.): BSF to Ike/Cadet Mess
- Post-Grad Banquet (7:30 p.m. to 10 p.m.): Cadet Mess to BSF

♿ Handicap & Accessibility Options
Pre-arranged tickets will allow all wheelchair seating and one additional family member to join them in the Kimsey Center. Guests that are in need of other ADA seating (minimal steps, no exposure, etc.) will be located at the top of the west side sections underneath the overhang.
For those with mobility challenges who prefer an indoor viewing option with the whole family, the Class of '63 Lounge on the 3rd level of Eisenhower Hall will be available.
If you're unsure about needing a wheelchair, we recommend bringing one—there will be a lot of walking this weekend!
♿ Handicap Parking & Shuttle Information
Graduation Week: Handicap parking will be available in the Clinton Lot and Trophy Point Lots. To utilize these spots, you must have a hangtag or handicap plate displayed in your vehicle. Shuttles will be available to transport guests from these parking lots to the stadium for easy access.
Graduation Day: Handicap parking is available in F Lot all day. Clinton Lot and Trophy Point Lots will open for Handicap parking after the Graduation Ceremony.
