New Ways to Access Your Medication info

QR code on prescription bottle

We’re making it easier -- and more secure -- for you to access your prescription medication information.

Starting July 2025, we will no longer provide printed medication information with your prescription.
Instead, we’ll include a QR code on the prescription label that you can scan with a smartphone to download medication information.

Why the change?

To protect your privacy and give you quick, on-the-go access to important medication details in a clear, digital format.

How to use the QR code:

  1. Locate the QR code on your prescription bottle or label.
  2. Open your smartphone’s camera and hold it about six inches from the code.
  3. Click the dropdown link that appears to view a short video and download printable medication information.

Medication videos include:

  • Easy-to-understand explanations
  • How to take your medication properly
  • Possible side effects and conditions it treats

Prefer a printed copy?

No problem -- just ask your pharmacist!

We’re committed to keeping you informed and protected.

Thank you for trusting us with your care.
