ANNOUNCEMENT: The Veterans Health Administration (VHA), Office of Discovery, Education, and Affiliate Networks (DEAN), National Center for Healthcare Advancement and Partnerships (HAP) is excited to share its 2024 Annual Report.
In this year’s annual report, HAP shares several innovative accomplishments and initiatives for fiscal year 2024 (FY24), covering October 1, 2023, to September 30, 2024.
HAP’s FY24 accomplishments demonstrate commitment to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans by facilitating impactful partnerships and Healthcare Advancement Initiatives (HAI). These partnerships and HAIs enhance access to critical services and resources, addressing key social determinants of health (SDOH) that affect Veterans, their families, caregivers, and survivors.
This year’s report also reflects HAP’s dedication to the core values of the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA)— integrity, commitment, advocacy, respect, and excellence (I CARE)— and demonstrates how HAP’s engagement with VHA partnerships and HAIs drive meaningful outcomes. Learn about how HAP’s FY24 efforts focused on growth and innovation by adding new partnerships, renewing existing ones, building on HAIs, and supporting the Veteran Community Partnerships (VCP) initiative.
HAP continues to bridge gaps and expand access to care at VHA. Together with our VA community and partnership network, HAP is committed to expanding the reach and impact of innovative and meaningful partnerships and health care advancements to improve the quality of life and support the unique needs of our Nation’s Veterans, their families, caregivers, and survivors.
