1. Sign in and then go to Compose a Message in the third box over.
2. Use the dropdown to "Select a group to send a message." Choose "Ask My HealtheVet Coordinator (Mike L'Abbe)." (Check to be sure other groups you need are listed and tell us if they are not.)
3. Select the general radio button. Simply write "Hello" in the subject line and write a test message.
4. Select "SEND."
It is just that easy.

On-line Prescription Refill is the easiest way to reorder prescriptions and have them delivered to your home.
Prescription refill is available to Premium users of My HealtheVet. Sign in and select Prescription Refill.
Expired and Discontinued prescriptions are on the My Medications tab. If you have questions, send a message to the "Ask a Pharmacist" group.
Update your address, cell phone, and e-mail address by Secure Messaging or when you visit a VA Maine facility.
You can send us a Secure Message or call in updates to the CALL CENTER at 623-8411, ext. 7490.
