Monroeville Care Site Now Open
We held a ribbon-cutting in September for our new outpatient clinic at 421 Mall Circle Drive in Monroeville, Pennsylvania. The new clinic provides Veterans with integrated primary and mental health care, along with specialty and diagnostic services such as rehabilitation, optometry, imaging, lab, acupuncture, oncology and more.
We opened the clinic because Veterans told us they were frustrated with University Drive’s parking garage and Oakland traffic. We selected Monroeville because extensive research found a large number of Veterans reside on the eastern side of Allegheny County.
The clinic has 500 parking spaces, including 50 handicap spots. We moved nearly all primary care out of University Drive and will use the vacated space to expand emergency care and occupational health services.

MVP: 970,000 and Growing
We are proud to support VA’s Million Veteran Program (MVP), the largest research effort to improve health care for Veterans. At MVP, researchers are learning about how everyday lifestyle changes can improve Veteran health. In addition to nutrition, important discoveries are being made in areas such as PTSD, major depression, heart disease, wellness and more. Over 970,000 Veterans have joined MVP.
To learn more or join, visit www.mvp.va.gov, call 866-441-6075, or stop by our MVP offices at University Drive in Bldg. 1, Room 1N105B, or at Heinz in Bldg. 71, 2nd floor, Pod 1.
