Free Virtual Wellness and Fitness Classes
Start the new year focused on fitness: Veterans enrolled with us or any VISN 4 location can sign up for free virtual classes through Millennium Health & fitness. Choose from live and on-demand classes in barre, yoga, cardio, meditation, Pilates, tai chi, Zumba, HIIT, Les Mills body combat and more.
To get started:
- Register at Millennium Health & Fitness and wait for email confirmation your registration is approved.
- Once registration is confirmed, log in.
- Save the Millennium Health & Fitness Virtual Classes website link your computer or smart phone for quick access anytime, anywhere.

Get Your COVID-19 Booster and Flu Shot
Immunization is your best protection against COVID-19 and the flu. We provide the COVID-19 vaccine to all Veterans, their spouses, caregivers and eligible adolescents ages 12-17 at no cost. We provide flu vaccine to all VA-enrolled Veterans. Learn more about eligibility, walk-in availability and appointments at COVID-19 vaccines and flu shots.

- Download the mailable VA Form 10-10EZ. Send the completed 10-10EZ with a copy of your DD214 to VA Pittsburgh Healthcare System, Attn: Patient Registration, University Drive, Pittsburgh, PA 15240.
