Veterans Stay Healthy during the Holidays and into the New Year with Influenza and COVID-19 Vaccinations
Roseburg, OR (Date) -- Stay healthy during the holidays and into the new year! Flu and COVID-19 boosters are available at the Roseburg VA Health Care System (RVAHCS) for eligible Veterans.
Get vaccinated at these RVAHCS sites Note: Please bring your CDC vaccination card with you.
Roseburg VA Medical Center, Primary Care Clinic • Mondays 1:00 pm - 3:30 pm by appointment - or - • During a scheduled Primary Care appointment
Eugene VA Health Care Center • Thursday, December 22, 9:00 am - 2:30 am in Lobby, walk-in - or - • During a scheduled Primary Care appointment
North Bend VA Clinic • Fridays, 9:00 am - 12:00 pm and 1:00 pm -4:00 pm by appointment - or - • During a scheduled Primary Care appointment
Brookings VA Clinic • Wednesdays, 1:00 pm - 4:00 pm by appointment - or - • During a scheduled Primary Care appointment
Get vaccinated through Community Care Network
• Get a flu vaccine at an eligible Community Care Network location using the following directions: No-cost VA flu shots for eligible Veterans or call 800-232-0233.
Ensure necessary billing information is printed out or available on a mobile device to ensure the non-VA flu shot provider has the information needed to properly submit the claim. RVAHCS sites are located in regions 4 and 5: Optum and TriWest Billing Information.

The current COVID-19 bivalent booster protects against the original virus strain and the Omicron variant. An updated booster will protect you even more against COVID-19. More information about COVID-19 booster vaccines can be found here: COVID-19 Booster Shots | Veterans Affairs.

Vaccines offered at RVAHCS to all eligible Veterans
Influenza • Fluad - recommended for Veterans 65 years and older • Afluria - recommended for Veterans under 65 years old
COVID-19 • Moderna bivalent booster - eligible after a minimum of two months from previously receiving a monovalent primary series or booster • Moderna monovalent primary series
