PACT Act

PACT Act Town Hall - October 20, 2022

The Sergeant First Class Heath Robinson Honoring our Promise to Address Comprehensive Toxics (PACT) Act of 2022 expands VA health care and benefits for Veterans exposed to burn pits and other toxic substance. This historic new law empowers VA to provide generations of Veterans – and their survivors – with the care and benefits they have earned.

Please join staff members of VA Ann Arbor Healthcare System for an important Veteran Town Hall on Thursday, October 20th, at 10:00 a.m. to receive an overview of the PACT Act, how it will help VA serve Veterans, the new and expanded health care and benefits options outlined in the law, and answers questions you may have.

Veteran's Council

Join the VA Ann Arbor Healthcare System Veteran's Council!

VA Ann Arbor Healthcare System (VAAAHS) values your experience as a patient at the LTC Charles S. Kettles VA Medical Center and our Community Based Outpatient Clinics (CBOC). Let your voice be heard and represent your fellow Veteran’s by becoming a member of the VAAAHS Veterans Council (VAVC)!

The Veterans Council comprises a diverse group of Veteran’s who receive care at a facility associated with VAAAHS and are registered members of VAAAHS Voluntary Services. This council of Veterans meets periodically to discuss new and old Veteran business and to hear Veteran suggestions for VA Ann Arbor Healthcare System.

We highly encourage all Veteran’s to become involved with VAVC! The Veteran’s Council should represent the diverse population of Veterans that utilize our health care services. Every suggestion, opinion, and comment are extremely valuable to our health care system and guides our team to provide the best health care and experience each time Veterans and their loved ones trust us with their care.

If interested, please contact Joshua Yockey at 419-213-7518. If leaving a message with this number, please state that you are calling in regards to the Veteran Council.
