A HIGH Dose Flu Shot is offered at any Walgreens, Walmart, Safeway, Fred Meyer, CVS, Costco Pharmacy or any participating Urgent Care Clinic if you are eligible for Urgent Care benefits. Locate a participating Urgent Care Clinic at:

f you are a Veteran who received their flu shot outside of the VA, please call our Vaccine Report Line at 541-826-2111 ext. 7493 to inform us. Leave your name, last four of your SSN, your date of birth, the date and location where you received the flu shot and we will update your medical record.
