Starting October 3rd, the OKC VA Health Care System will start administering Flu Vaccines and COVID-19 Bivalent Booster in our One Visit, Two Vaccine walk-in clinic on the Ground Floor of the Medical Center near the Southeast Entrance. These vaccines will also be available at your local VA Outpatient clinics.
The One Visit, Two Vaccines clinic will be available to Veterans from October 3rd to October 28th.
It will be open Monday-Friday from 8:30 am to 3:00 pm. Closed on October 10th for Columbus Day.
The COVID-19 Bivalent booster is available to those Veterans who have received their initial doses of the vaccine. Please bring your COVID-19 vaccine card with you when you get the booster so it can be noted on the card and staff can verify you are eligible to get booster.
Vaccine booster shots are also available to all other Veterans, spouses, caregivers and CHAMPVA recipients under the authority of the SAVE LIVES Act, as supply and capacity permits.
Veterans are reminded COVID-19 vaccines are provided at no cost. VA also provides free COVID-19 testing to eligible Veterans. VA is open for appointments and many sites accept walk-ins during hours when vaccine clinics are operational. All persons coming in for a booster shot should bring their CDC COVID-19 Vaccination Card with them.
