APPOINTMETNS ARE REQUIRED FOR COVID-19 TESTS by contacting the telephone triage at 1-800-574-8387 / option 3 or call locally at 785-350-4555. You MUST have an order placed for a COVID test prior to getting swabbed. You can also contact your Primary Aligned Care Team and ask to be triaged.
We’re seeing an increase of patients coming to our Emergency Dept requesting COVID-19 testing. Help us keep the ER available for our urgent care patients.
Our Leavenworth COVID Swab Clinic is located at our drive-thru bay at the Emergency entrance. Hours of operation are as follows:
Mondays 0730-1530
Tuesdays 0730-1530
Wednesdays 0730-1530
Thursdays 0800-1000
Fridays 0800-1000
Saturdays and Sundays Pre-Procedure Only 0800-1000

Also…order 4 FREE at-home COVID-19 tests at COVIDtests.gov, or by calling 1-800-232-0233 (TTY 1-888-720-7489). Order tests now so you have them when you need them.
