COVID-19 Update

Unfortunately, due to the increase in positive COVID-19 cases, anyone coming to the VA should be aware we have other precautious in place: 

NAVAHCS is only authorizing visitation for End of Life to protect our inpatient Veterans.
All inpatient visits must be approved prior to arrival
Masks MUST be worn at all times
Please do not come on station unless you have a scheduled appointment, or you have an emergency
Please DO NOT come to the Emergency Department just for a COVID-19 test
Only 1 caregiver can accompany a Veteran to their appointment
Nobody under the age of 18 is authorized entry
We are requesting that Veterans move their Face-to-Face routine appointments to a VA Virtual Care (VVC) appointment

If you have COVID-19 questions, start by calling the nurse advice line phone at 1-877-252-4866.
They may assist with finding a testing site in your area if needed.
You will be triaged and if necessary, referred to the teleurgent care to speak with a provider.
Veterans can order 4 free at home COVID tests through the link: covidtests.gov.

Vaccines

The COVID-19 vaccine, 1^st, 2^nd and booster are available for all Veterans, spouses and caregivers. The 3^rd dose is available for Veterans who are immune compromised. Please call 928-717-7406 to schedule your appointment. The vaccine is available at all NAVAHCS VA Clinics.

Virtual Veterans Town Hall

Please join us tonight, January 19^th from 5 p.m. – 6 p.m. for our Virtual Veterans Town Hall. We will provide information about COVID-19, answer questions, discuss services available and provide Veterans with helpful resources. Anyone interested in participating in the meeting can call 833-490-0775 or can click access.live/NAVAHCS to join. You DO NOT need a smart phone. You can join with any touch-tone, mobile or cellular phone.
