NO APPOINTMENT NECESSARY!
Walk-In, Weekdays 9:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m., at our three main campuses:
- Jamaica Plain, 150 South Huntington Avenue, Boston, MA, Front Lobby Conference Room, F1-04/F1-04B
- West Roxbury, 1400 VFW Parkway, West Roxbury, MA, Building 3 - Bignami Conference Room, 2B-100
- Brockton, 940 Belmont Street, Brockton, MA, Building 3 - Conference Room A227
IMPORTANT – PLEASE READ BEFORE ATTENDING:
- Boosters provide additional protection against COVID-19 variants.
- Boosters help prevent severe illness and hospitalization.
- Boosters are for adults whose last Moderna or Pfizer vaccine was more than 6 months ago, or 2 months ago for the J&J / Janssen vaccine.
- Who is eligible? Veterans, spouses, caregivers and CHAMPVA recipients under the authority of the SAVE LIVES Act (SLA) – must have had eligibility established previously.
- YOU MUST BRING YOUR CDC CARD from your previous COVID-19 vaccine dose in order to receive a booster!
- Questions about the vaccine? VA staff will be there to answer.
- Clinics will be first come, first served.
- Masks and physical distancing are required.
