Walk-In, Weekdays 9:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m., at our three main campuses:

  • Jamaica Plain, 150 South Huntington Avenue, Boston, MA, Front Lobby Conference Room, F1-04/F1-04B
  • West Roxbury, 1400 VFW Parkway, West Roxbury, MA, Building 3 - Bignami Conference Room, 2B-100
  • Brockton, 940 Belmont Street, Brockton, MA, Building 3 - Conference Room A227

IMPORTANT – PLEASE READ BEFORE ATTENDING:

  • Boosters provide additional protection against COVID-19 variants.
  • Boosters help prevent severe illness and hospitalization.
  • Boosters are for adults whose last Moderna or Pfizer vaccine was more than 6 months ago, or 2 months ago for the J&J / Janssen vaccine.
  • Who is eligible? Veterans, spouses, caregivers and CHAMPVA recipients under the authority of the SAVE LIVES Act (SLA) – must have had eligibility established previously.
  • YOU MUST BRING YOUR CDC CARD from your previous COVID-19 vaccine dose in order to receive a booster!
  • Questions about the vaccine? VA staff will be there to answer.
  • Clinics will be first come, first served.
  • Masks and physical distancing are required.
