Now Giving Booster Vaccine to VA SORCC Veterans and Qualified Recipients

Booster Dose Now Available
Vaccine booster shots are available for Veterans receiving care at VA. Vaccine booster shots are also available to spouses, caregivers and CHAMPVA recipients under the authority of the SAVE LIVES Act, as supply and capacity permits. All persons coming in for a booster shot should bring their vaccine card with them and wear a mask.
VA SORCC area Veterans, including Grants Pass and Klamath Falls, call 541-826-2111 extension 4440, to schedule a COVID-19 vaccine or Booster. When leaving a message, please leave your name, date of birth, last four, and your preferred day/time for an appointment and indicate that this is for the Booster Dose.
