September 2021 Veteran Town Hall

Dear Veterans,

The Bay Pines VA Healthcare System (VAHCS), in collaboration with the St. Petersburg VBA Regional Office and the Bay Pines National Cemetery, will host a Virtual Veterans Town Hall meeting today, Wednesday, September 29, 2021, from 4:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.

During the Town Hall, VA leaders from each organization will provide updates on VA operations and improvement initiatives regarding VA health care and benefits. There will also be a Q&A session following the update presentation for participants to ask questions and information on how you and your spouse and/or caregiver can receive the Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 booster vaccine.

  • To join the virtual Town Hall online access Webex by clicking here: https://bit.ly/VetTH29
  • You can join the Webex event using a computer, tablet or smartphone with internet or cellular connection. 
  • You will be asked to provide your first and last name and an email address to enter the event. (This information is not collected or used for marketing.)
  • You will be automatically muted when entering. Background noise affects the quality of the sound during the presentation. You will be invited to turn on and use your microphone during the Q&A session following the update presentation. To ask a question, please send us a chat in the Webex chat box or raise your hand (the Raise Hand feature can be found by clicking on the three dots next to the microphone and camera icons on the bottom of your screen). We will call on each person and unmute him/her when it is his/her turn to ask a question.
  • To join the virtual Town Hall by phone (sound only; no visual slide show) dial: 1-404-397-1596, and enter the access code when prompted: 199 550 8414.
  • If your computer does not have a microphone, you can call in on your phone for sound and use your computer to watch the Town Hall on the Webex website. If you choose to do this, please make sure the sound on your computer is off and your phone is on mute during the presentation. You can hit *6 to unmute your phone during the Q&A.
