Veterans Vaccinated at Durham VA Automatically Enrolled in NC Vaccine Lottery

Did you know?

Everyone vaccinated through the Durham VA Health Care System will automatically be enrolled in the North Carolina vaccine lotteries!  

Everyone who gets vaccinated during the lottery (now) is entered twice so you have double the chance of winning!

Drawings are every 2 weeks through August 4^th.

Not vaccinated yet?  It’s not too late!

Vaccines are available at the following VA facilities:

• Durham VA Medical Center (Pfizer & Janssen)
• Hillandale 1 Clinic (Janssen)
• Raleigh 1 Clinic (Janssen)
• Raleigh 3 Clinic (Moderna)
• Greenville Health Care Center (Moderna & Janssen)
• Morehead City (Janssen)

Walk-ins are available 8am-3pm Monday through Friday at all vaccine sites. Schedule an appointment ahead of time by calling 919-286-5231 to receive travel pay!  Don’t have transportation? Call NC “211” to see if free transportation to vaccine clinics is available in your area. If you can’t get to a VA for your vaccine, find your closest vaccination site by going to https://myspot.nc.gov then contact your care team to update your chart with your vaccine information once you’re vaccinated!

COVID-19 infections and hospitalizations are rising among unvaccinated individuals with the highly contagious delta variant spreading quickly throughout the United States. NOW is the time to get vaccinated! You joined the military to protect and serve others; getting vaccinated is the best way to protect and serve your fellow Americans and help end this pandemic!
