VA Eastern Kansas COVID-19 Update

LEAVENWORTH, KS — VA Eastern Kansas Health Care System (VAEK) which includes the Leavenworth VA Medical Center will continue to offer the COVID-19 Vaccine on Tuesdays only. See schedule below for location and times. 

Available vaccines include all three versions including Janssen COVID-19 Vaccine, the Moderna COVID-19 Vaccine and the Pfizer COVID-19 Vaccine. If interested in receiving the vaccine, please contact us at: 1-800-574-8387 Ext 54453 to get scheduled of feel free to walk-in per the schedule below. 

If you have had a vaccine of any type during the past two (2) weeks, please inform your scheduler. Those who have already received round one of the Moderna Vaccine will continue as planned in receiving their second dose 28 days following the first while those receiving the Pfizer receive their second dose 21 days later.  

We will also continue vaccinating adolescents ages 12 to 17, who are caregivers of Veterans or are CHAMPVA beneficiaries under the SAVE LIVES Act.
