VHSO Hosting COVID-19 Vaccine Clinics

VHSO is hosting COVID-19 vaccine clinics at the following locations.
Tuesday, June 22, 2021 from 10:00 a.m.-2:00 p.m. at the Ozark CBOC (2713 W. Commercial Street Ozark, AR 72949)
Wednesday, June 23, 2021 from 10:00 a.m.-2:00 p.m. at the Jay CBOC (1569 North Main Street Jay, OK 74346)
Wednesday, June 30, 2021 from 10:00 a.m.-2:00 p.m. at the Inn of the Ozarks Convention Center (207 W. Van Buren Eureka Springs, AR 72632)
Under the SAVES LIVES Act all Veterans, spouses of Veterans, and caregivers of Veterans are eligible to receive the COVID-19 vaccine.
If a Veteran needs to enroll in VA healthcare they may call 877-222-8387, apply online at https://www.va.gov/health-care/how-to-apply/, or speak to the Administrative Officer on Duty at VHSO.
Veterans and those covered under the SAVES LIVES Act may call 479-443-4301 ext. 67979 to schedule an appointment to receive a COVID-19 vaccine.
