Veterans who have not yet received their COVID-19 vaccination are now eligible for the Bay Pines COVID-19 Vaccine Incentive Program!
Stop by any Bay Pines VA Healthcare System location and get your COVID-19 vaccine plus a gift card worth $20.00 to Walmart*.
*Supplies are limited. Gift cards will be issued on a first-come, first-serve basis. Gift cards are available for Veterans who receive their first COVID-19 vaccine starting June 4, 2021. Previously vaccinated Veterans, spouses, caregivers, or CHAMP VA beneficiaries are not eligible for this incentive.
COVID-19 vaccines are available Monday through Friday, from 8:00a.m. to 2:00p.m. at the C.W. Bill Young Medical Center, Lee County Healthcare Center, and every Bay Pines VA Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC). No appointment necessary.

Why should you consider getting the COVID-19 vaccine now?
A vaccine will help protect you, other Veterans and our staff by lowering the risk of getting an infection. Vaccines will also slow the spread of the virus protecting our families, friends, and neighbors.
What else you need to know.
You will need to receive two doses of the Moderna or Pfizer vaccine to be fully protected. Depending on the vaccine you receive, you may need to return to the location you received your first dose in either 21 or 28 days for your second dose. Johnson and Johnson is one vaccine only.
It is our hope that a vaccine will help us all come through this pandemic together!
