Dallas VA Medical Center Vaccine Event--Saturday--May 15th--9 a.m.-2 p.m.

DALLAS VA MEDICAL CENTER IS HOLDING A VACCINE EVENT THIS SATURDAY MAY 15TH FROM 9:00-2:00. WE WILL OFFER THE SINGLE-DOSE JOHNSON & JOHNSON VACCINE AND THE TWO-DOSE PFIZER VACCINE.
This one-day vaccine event is open to all Veterans, employees, Veteran spouse/caregivers 18 years and older. It will be in the SCI gym at the Dallas VAMC from 9 am to 2 pm. You can call 214-857-4791 to make an appointment (recommended) or be seen as a walk-in. Last appointment will be taken at 1:45 pm.
Dallas VA Medical Center is located at 4500 South Lancaster Road in Dallas, TX 75216-7167.
The Covid-19 Vaccine Clinic is located in the SCI gym, building #74.
The SCI building is circled below in red. There is a parking lot and a parking garage (blue arrows) across the street from the SCI entrance that you can use.
