Top Line
Here’s What You Can Expect
Welcome! We're excited to publish the inaugural release of Quarterly ReMiNder, a creative way for us to share some of the operational priorities and key activities across VA’s Rocky Mountain Network (Veterans Integrated Service Network [VISN] 19). This quarterly email will inform you, our key stakeholders, and ensure you’re “in the know” with an easy-to-read, attractive platform.
My goal: Make it easy for you to receive updates on key VISN 19 activities and resources.
Allow me to briefly explain how we organized Quarterly ReMiNder:
-
Top Line – Highlights what is most important
-
Need To Know – Shares other important activities across the VISN
-
By the Numbers – Delivers field-oriented, operational content about our network
-
What’s Next? – Features upcoming, noteworthy events
-
Support – Offers a list of resources and contacts for additional information
Sincerely,
Ralph T. Gigliotti, FACHE
P.S. A few final notes:
You’ll still continue to interact with your nearest health care system; there's no change to your critical partner role.
We will send content to you either via Quarterly ReMiNder (this format), or Today’s ReMiNder, an off-cycle update.
Future "Top Line" entries will be about the top line and not about our new layout. (Thanks for understanding)
Have any feedback about our new look? Let us know. We intend to make this the standard bearer in VA.
