NAVAHCS COVID-19 Vaccine Appointments Available

NAVAHCS is administering the Moderna COVID-19 vaccine to Veterans at the Prescott and all Community Outpatient Clinics.

The vaccine is available by appointment only and is open to all NAVAHCS eligible veterans.

Please call 928-717-7406 to schedule your appointment.

You can call Monday – Friday from 7:30 a.m. – 4 p.m. to schedule your vaccine. Veterans can also go to MyHealtheVet and OPT-IN to be placed on the call list for scheduling.

Veterans can click here to sign up for an easy way to stay informed about the COVID vaccine. When you sign up, if you are interested in receiving the COVID vaccine, you can provide your information to have your name added to the list.

Veterans are NOT required to sign up to get a vaccination. It is important to remember that even after you receive the vaccine, you still need to wash your hands/cleanse regularly, social distance, and wear a mask when indoors and unable to socially distance.
